Step 1 - Sweat
Choose from one of the 100+ Hero Workouts created by CrossFit Inc., write the name of the fallen on your leg or arm and snap a pic and send it to us, if you could. Lastly, give the workout your all!
Step 2 - Submit
After you have completed one, three or five Hero workouts, please submit it here where we can add it to the grand totals.
